1. Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Narcissieré website (the "Site") and any related services. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About us

The Site is operated by Narcissieré Management Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. to be confirmed), a model and talent management agency based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. References to "we", "us" and "our" are to Narcissieré Management Sdn. Bhd..

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site without supervision and to submit an enquiry or application on your own behalf. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site and submit information with the involvement, consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian (see "Minors" below).

4. Use of the website

You agree that you will not:

• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• copy, scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or images from the Site;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or networks;
• introduce viruses, malware or other malicious code, or use automated systems (bots, crawlers) without our prior written consent;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos, the Narcissieré name and brand, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of Malaysia and other jurisdictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or otherwise exploit any such content without our prior written permission.

6. Image & likeness rights

Images of models and talent displayed on the Site are published with the relevant rights and permissions and remain the property of their respective owners and/or the agency. They are made available solely for the purpose of presenting our talent to prospective clients.

Any use of a model's image, name or likeness — including for casting, booking, advertising or publication — requires a separate written agreement with us. Use of any image without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may infringe the rights of the model, the photographer and the agency.

7. Model applications

When you submit an application or enquiry, you confirm that the information and materials you provide are accurate, lawful and your own (or that you have the rights and permissions to submit them). You grant us permission to review, store and process your submission for the purpose of assessing representation, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an application does not create any obligation on us to offer representation, an interview, a casting or any work, and does not create an employment or agency relationship.

8. Minors

Applications and information concerning any person under the age of 18 may only be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who thereby confirms their consent to the processing of that person's personal data and images for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may require written verification of guardianship and consent before proceeding.

9. Bookings & enquiries

Any booking, option or representation enquiry made through the Site is an expression of interest only and is subject to confirmation by us and a separate written agreement setting out the applicable terms, fees and conditions. No binding contract is formed merely by submitting an enquiry through the Site.

10. No guarantee of work

The fashion and modelling industry is inherently uncertain. We do not promise, guarantee or warrant any particular bookings, income, exposure, results or outcomes to any applicant or represented talent. Any examples of past work shown on the Site are illustrative and not a promise of future results.

11. No upfront fees

We do not require payment from applicants in exchange for being considered for representation through this Site. We will never ask you to pay a fee to a personal account in order to be "selected". If anyone contacts you claiming to represent Narcissieré and requests such payments, treat it as fraudulent and contact us using the details below.

12. Third-party links & content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embedded content (such as social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete, accurate or up to date.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Malaysia, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Narcissieré Management Sdn. Bhd., its directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or its content.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
